Bréag Naofa

"Man will never be free until the last king is strangled with the entrails of the last priest."

Bréag Naofa was formed in August of 2010.

'Our technical advances in the art of war have finally rendered our religious differences—and hence our religious beliefs—antithetical to our survival. We can no longer ignore the fact that billions of our neighbors believe in the metaphysics of martyrdom, or in the literal truth of the book of Revelation, or any of the other fantastical notions that have lurked in the minds of the faithful for millennia—because our neighbors are now armed with chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons. There is no doubt that these developments mark the terminal phase of our credulity. Words like "God" and "Allah" must go the way of "Apollo" and "Baal" or they will unmake our world'. - Sam Harris

In six days we'll be opening up for Fit For An Autopsy, Tombs, Moon Tooth, and Heiress at El Corazon. Advance tickets are on sale now.

We'll be playing a rare all ages show on Sunday, July 2nd at El Corazon alongside Fit For An Autopsy, Tombs, Moon Tooth, and Heiress. $12 advance / $15 door. 7pm, we're up first!

Tonight! Our first time performing at LoFi Seattle. We'll be joined by Portland's anarcho-doom/folk outfit Strangeweather, our Seattle brethren and psych/folk experimental group Geist & the Sacred Ensemble, and an ambient noise set from Nacion de Humo will kick off the evening. We'll be closing out the evening with a couple older songs we haven't played in a while.

(R.I.P. to both Chris Cornell and Net Neutrality)
