The Pickpocket Revue plays high energy alt-folk featuring members of The Bad Things, The Mongrel Jews, The Debaucherauntes and Bakelite 78.
The Pickpocket Revue formed in 2015 for a Clash cover night. That lineup was essentially a Seattle alt-folk "supergroup" featuring members of The Bad Things, Bakelite 78, The Mongrel Jew and The Debaucherauntes.
Now a year in, their setlist features some original compositions mixed with favorites by The Clash, The Pogues, Cock Sparrer and more. They are also currently making plans to record. Stay tuned.
Available for weddings, parties and funerals. And bongo jazz a speciality!
In honor of #InternationalClashDay, here's a little demo of us rehearsing "Complete Control." Cheers!

The Revue's back in a couple weeks benefitting WeCount. It's a great bill and we're happy as hell to be on it. See you at Substation.

This is the version of the Revue that will be taking over Cafe Racer next Thursday. Call it the Revue with an extra dose of The Mongrel Jews and a heaping side of Strangely. It's gonna be great and it's pay-what-you-can and all-ages. Don't miss it. Not sure when this version will appear again.
